Maysa is an experienced Registered Physiotherapist (RPT) with advanced training in sports medicine, rehabilitation science, and complex musculoskeletal care. With over a decade of global clinical work— including roles with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Doctors Without Borders (MSF)—she brings exceptional expertise in trauma, orthopedic rehabilitation, and performance-focused physiotherapy.

Maysa holds master’s degrees from Lund University (Sports Medicine) and McMaster University (Rehabilitation Science), with research in gait biomechanics, falls prevention, and low back pain. She is also a published author in Global Orthopedics.

She is certified in Advanced Dry Needling, Strength & Resistance Training, Biomechanics, and Manual Therapy, allowing her to identify root causes of pain and create effective, individualized treatment plans for both active individuals and athletes.

Outside the clinic, Maysa enjoys weightlifting, hiking, diving, and other outdoor activities, giving her a deep personal understanding of movement and performance.

Luca is passionate about physical and mental well-being, having participated in diverse sports from a young age—including nearly a decade of competitive hockey and more recent training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2020, he became a Certified Personal Trainer and began helping clients meet fitness goals through tailored exercise programs, education, and lifestyle modifications. Inspired by the positive impact of coaching, he pursued and completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2023. With a focus on restoring movement and alleviating pain, Luca aims to empower patients through education, mobility, and strength-building, helping them reclaim their health and well-being. Natalia grew up in Colombia and moved to Canada in 2013.

Natalia’s main focus it is therapeutic treatments using Swedish Techniques, Deep Tissue , Trigger Point , TMJ, along many others while helping clients to treat a specific condition and accomplish their goals. She has trained to perform hot stone ,cupping treatments, Kinesiology trapping trained with the KTaping International Academy, Blades IASTM with RockTape.

She graduated with Honors from Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and has been registered with CMTO since 2021.

Megan is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, with over 15 years of experience. After working in Ontario and Vancouver, she has returned to her hometown of Ottawa.

Megan specializes in both relaxation and therapeutic massage, using techniques such as Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to address acute and chronic injuries, repetitive strain, and more. She continually expands her skills to meet her clients’ unique wellness needs.
